Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to support the Engineering Lead in building and delivering core MVP features for a scalable communication and CRM-integrated platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both frontend and backend development, API integrations, real-time systems, and cloud infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable frontend and backend applications
- Build MVP features such as login/authentication, call routing, dashboard integration, and ticketing systems
- Work on CRM synchronization and WhatsApp integration (OpenWA)
- Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs and third-party services
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality features
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS infrastructure
- Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Strong experience with React.js
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Experience building responsive user interfaces
- Strong backend development skills using Node.js and Express.js
- Experience designing and integrating REST APIs
- Knowledge of Authentication and Authorization mechanisms
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Redis
- Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with OpenWA or WhatsApp APIs
- Experience building real-time systems using WebSockets or Socket.io
- Experience integrating CRM platforms
- Knowledge of Docker and Microservices architecture
- Experience working on ticketing or communication platforms
